This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data within the Human Modding platform, operated by the MelanationProject Private Membership Association (“Association”) and administered under a Private Trust (“Trust”).

This policy applies to all Members who access or use the platform. Participation is limited to consenting Members operating within a private contractual environment.

  • Training activity, XP progression, and system interactions
  • Achievements, participation metrics, and behavioral patterns

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers
  • Log data, performance metrics, and system diagnostics

d. Analytics & Usage Data

  • Platform navigation behavior
  • Feature usage and engagement trends

e. Optional Data (If Provided)

  • Wellness-related inputs
  • Wearable or biometric integrations (where applicable)

3. Purpose of Data Use

We process data solely for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve platform functionality
  • To personalize AI-driven experiences and recommendations
  • To ensure system security, fraud prevention, and integrity
  • To support network maintenance, analytics, and development
  • To enhance Member experience within the Association

Data is processed in a manner consistent with the private nature of the Association and its operational needs.


4. No Sale of Personal Data

The Association and Trust:

  • Do not sell personal data
  • Do not monetize personal data through third-party sales
  • Do not engage in data brokerage activities

This commitment applies across all jurisdictions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Data may be shared only under the following conditions:

a. Service Providers

All providers are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and data protection standards.

  • Where necessary to protect rights, safety, or system integrity

c. Internal Trust Operations

  • Data may be processed within the Trust and Association for governance, auditing, and operational purposes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Members may have the right to:

Requests may be submitted through designated Association channels and will be handled in accordance with operational and legal requirements.


8. Data Security

The Association implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including:

  • Access controls and authentication systems
  • Monitoring and threat detection mechanisms

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

The Association reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.


13. Acknowledgment & Consent

By registering for and using the platform, Members:

  • Acknowledge that they have read and understood this Privacy Policy
  • Consent to the collection, use, and processing of their data as described
  • Agree to operate within the private data governance framework of the Association
