We process data solely for the following purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and improve platform functionality

- To enhance Member experience within the Association
Data is processed in a manner consistent with the private nature of the Association and its operational needs.
4. No Sale of Personal Data
The Association and Trust:

13. Acknowledgment & Consent
By registering for and using the platform, Members:
- Acknowledge that they have read and understood this Privacy Policy
- Consent to the collection, use, and processing of their data as described
- Agree to operate within the private data governance framework of the Association
